Dumpster Rental FAQs

If you are planning a cleanup or project, it is normal to have a few questions before scheduling a dumpster. Here are some of the things customers ask us most.

If you need a quick answer, just give us a call.

Scheduling and Delivery

How quickly can you deliver a dumpster?

Delivery depends on availability and your location. Many customers are able to book a preferred delivery window that works with their project timeline.

No. As long as placement instructions are clear when you schedule, our driver can handle delivery and removal without you being on site.

Once you are finished loading the dumpster, you can request pickup through the scheduling system or by contacting our team directly.

Dumpster Sizes

What dumpster sizes do you offer?

We offer 20-yard dumpsters for most cleanouts and mixed debris, and 7-yard dumpsters for heavy materials like concrete or asphalt.

If your debris is mostly household junk, renovation waste, or mixed materials, the 20-yard dumpster is usually the best choice. If you are dealing with heavy debris like masonry or asphalt, the 7-yard dumpster is the safer option. If you are unsure, we will help you decide before you book.

Pricing and Rental Time

How is dumpster pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on a delivery rate, how long the dumpster stays on site, and disposal weight at the landfill. This keeps costs tied to actual usage.

Rentals are pay-by-the-day. You can keep the dumpster as long as your project requires.

Yes. Standard delivery and final pickup are included. If additional disposal runs are needed, those are charged separately.

Placement and Property

Where can the dumpster be placed?

Most dumpsters are placed on driveways, job sites, or other accessible areas. If placement on a roadway is needed, permit rules may apply depending on your location.

Damage is uncommon. Our drivers take care during placement and work to avoid problem areas. If you have concerns about a specific surface, let us know when scheduling.

What Can Go in the Dumpster

What items are not allowed?

We generally cannot accept chemicals, wet paint, oils, batteries, tires, propane tanks, or medical waste. If you have a question about a specific item, call before loading so we can help you avoid delays.
